Things to Do
At General Council
11 July 2005
I. First, vote “No” to every single bylaws change
A. Be aware that they may be voted on as a package!

II. Vote “No” on Resolutions # 4, 5, 10, 13, and 14

III. Propose the following resolutions (these all meet the current bylaws requirements for “appropriateness of resolutions”
A. Term limits be established for the headquarters board of administration, the at- large EPs, the national ministry officers, general presbyters, district superintendents and their officers, and sectional presbyters and their officers
1. Term limits shall be for no more than two four-year terms whether consecutive or separate B. CBC shall exist with a separate mission, separate campus and separate board of directors as long as the Assemblies of God shall exist

IV. Nominate and elect a new General Superintendent and any other BOA members who are up for re-election

V. Know your [ Robert’s Rules of Order ] (external link)

A. Be especially familiar with Robert's [ procedure ] for “appealing the decision of the chair.”
